Return Policy

We hope you have an authentic experience at Dukan valley, we carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt please inspect your order and if you receive an item which is not according to the committed specification or faulty at the time of delivery you can only return/exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order as we do not accept returns after that. You can also get a credit voucher which will be redeemable in future against any product available in store.

• While applying for exchange please note
• You are only eligible to exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused and must be in their original packing with all tags intact.
• Customer is liable for appropriate packing of items so that we receive them back undamaged
• Please send back the invoice for the extraction of customer’s information
• As soon as we receive your items back our customer care team will contact you for processing of your exchange

Your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the day of placing your order

Shipping is free on all orders above PKR 2000.

Standard shipping charges are PKR 200 orders below 2000
